Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga
DENR SecretarySecretary Maria Antonia "Toni" Yulo Loyzaga is the 18th Secretary of the DENR since its reorganization in 1987.
She was the chairperson of the International Advisory Board of the Manila Observatory, where she worked to advance scientific research in climate and disaster resilience through research collaboration and public-private partnerships. She was a member of the Senior Advisory Board of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Command and General Staff College and Technical Adviser to the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation.
A former member of the UNISDR Asia Science and Technology Academia Advisory Group for the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, she led the work theme on Education and Training for UNISDR ARISE Philippines. She also served for nine years as Executive Director of the Manila Observatory and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ateneo de Manila and Ateneo de Naga University.

Jonas R. Leones
Undersecretary - PPIAAtty. Jonas R. Leones is the Undersecretary for Policy, Planning and International Affairs of the Department with a Career Executive Service Officer (CESO), Rank I.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore and the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from New Era University, Quezon City in 2005 and passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 2006. As a full scholar, he also finished his Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of the Philippines – Los Baños, Laguna in 2000, and his Bachelor’s of Science in Forestry degree in 1990, where he received the College of Forestry Award for Leadership. He ranked 8th in the Forester’s Board Examination in 1991.
Atty. Leones was born on April 10, 1969 in Bulacan, is married to Mary Ann Leones, and has two sons.

Al O. Orolfo
Director - FASPSA native of Guinobatan, Albay, Director Al Oga Orolfo was born on August 17, 1968 to the late Romeo Orolfo and Asuncion Oga.
He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture major in Agroforestry (cum laude) from the Bicol University - College of Agriculture and Forestry in 1989. He went on to study Master of Management major in Development Management at the University of the Philippines and Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Management (summa cum laude) at the University of Santo Tomas.
Prior to his present assignment, he was the Assistant Regional Director for Management Services at the DENR - National Capital Region.
He is single.

Conrado A. Bravante, Jr.
Chief - PPDFondly called as "Jun" by his peers, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of the Philippines in Los Banos. In addition, he has a Masters in Public Policy, Specializing in Development Administration from the Australian National University.
Jun began his career in government service as a Planning Officer of Forest Management Bureau in 1989.
He is married and has a pair of beautiful daughters.

Eddie B. Abugan, Jr.
Chief - PMD"Eddie Boy," as he is called, earned his Forest Ranger Certificate and Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of the Philippines between 1982 and 1993. On top of that, he holds a degree of Master of Science in Social Planning and Development from the University of Queensland.
While still an undergraduate, he started his career in government as a casual employee of FASPO-managed, World Bank-funded projects involved in forest protection and rehabilitation.
He and his wife are blessed with three kids.

Maybell N. Mangubos
Chief - PAMDMs. Maybell Nate Mangubos hails from the town of Mapandan in Pangasinan, where she also spent here grade and high school years.
In 1985, she obtained her baccalaureate degree in Business Administration major in Accounting from the Philippine School of Business Administration. She went on to earn her Master in Business Administration from the International Academy of Management and Economics after spending about three years in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines to pursue a Master in Public Administration.
Ms. Mangubos started her career in the DENR in 1986 as a casual information officer in the then-Bureau of Forest Development. She rose through the ranks to become the full-pledged Chief of Budget Division of Financial Management Service in 2018 until her appointment as Chief of Project Accounts Management Division of FASPS.
She is married to Mr. Ramil C. Mangubos, who also works for the DENR.
