DAO-2005-20: Clarification on the Implementation of the UPMO and Defining the Structure Thereof
This guideline is being issued to refine the scope of unified or centralized management of projects; align the implementation of unified project management (UPM) system with the objectives of rationalization of DENR pursuant to Executive Order No. 366; and define the structure of Foreign-Assisted and Special Projects Office (FASPO) in accordance with this Administrative Order.
