This Annual FASP Portfolio Report covers projects that are on-going, completing, newly implemented as of ending CY 2020. It highlights the current portfolio’s composition and size (e.g., fund category, no. of project covered, funding sources) and geographical distribution (Chapter III). The Report also describes the FASPs accomplishments and showcase the projects’ contributions (cumulative accomplishments) to outcomes/outputs indicators identified under SDGs, DENR’ priority, and international and regional treaties/agreements. Chapter IV highlights major FASPs accomplishments for CY 2020 vis-à-vis the project’s logical framework. Further, innovations generated and emerging lesson-learned from the projects are discussed for possible mainstreaming in the DENR regular operations (Chapter VI). The implementation challenges (Chapter VIII) encountered by the projects and the measures undertaken for smooth implementation of project’s activities towards achievement of project objectives and outcomes are also discussed which can be considered in designing future projects.
