The on-site inventory of physical infrastructure established through the Low-Income Upland Communities Project (LIUCP) was conducted on April 25-29, 2022 in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro. LIUCP was implemented between 1990 and 2001 in the two provinces through a loan from the Asian Development Bank.
The composite team of inspectors was led by Ms. Imelda Dela Cruz of FASPS, who has been designated as the team leader of Sub-Committee No. 6 for Land and Land Improvement and Reforestation Projects, and Other Land Improvement by virtue of a special order issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in response to the Commission on Audit (COA) Circular 2020-006 for one-time cleansing of property, plant, and equipment (PPE) account balances of government agencies.
